This event features individual broad seminars covering South Korea, China, and Germany. The Province’s Sector Specialists from India, Japan and USA West will also be on-hand and available for short 1-on-1 discussions. Technology exporters are encouraged to register for this event and attend the country seminar(s) that are of most interest.

This event features individual seminars covering South Korea, Japan, China, India, and Germany. The Sector Specialists (when not presenting) will be available for short 1-on-1 discussions. Exporters involved in video gaming, animation, VFX, social, interactive marketing, and e-learning are encouraged to register for this event and attend the country seminar(s) that are of most interest. A USA West seminar will also take place with a focus on accessing capital.

Two Daryl Duke Scholarships and one William Vince Scholarship - in the amount of $10,000 each - will be awarded to exceptional British Columbians who have completed post secondary studies or equivalent training at an accredited institute in their field, and are entering advanced education in film or interactive media.

Under the supervision of the Vice President, the Business Analyst is responsible for administration of the provincial film and television tax credit programs (Film Incentive BC and the Production Services Tax Credit) and Creative BC’s development programs. Activities shall include assessing applications, communicating with applicants, and the ongoing administrative review of a large volume of tax credit and development files.

Under the general direction of the Controller, the Finance and Account Clerk will perform a variety of day to day financial and administrative support services including accounts payable, budget forecasts and contract management. In addition, the position is required to assist with event coordination and other related administrative duties at Creative BC.
