Companies that wish to do international film, television or digital media distribution out of British Columbia may be able to take advantage of tax incentives provided by the provincial government through the International Financial Centre British Columbia.
By locating an international business in BC and registering in the province's International Business Activity (IBA) program, a company can receive a full refund of British Columbia taxes paid on the net income of the international financial business.
